DC neighborhood cupcake ideas

This debate crap is ridic, no brain power to post on it right now.

Instead, help me with my latest cupcake idea - a dozen cupcakes, each inspired by a different DC neighborhood. I stole the idea from the Pittsburgh neighborhood cupcakes on Cupcakes Take the Cake. See?:

Pretty cool, huh? Comment with ideas - I definitely need one for my beloved Mount Pleasant. Also a NOVA cupcake would be funny... lord, I hate Virginia.

Um, I love Virginia.

And your NoVA cupcake should definitely be that giant Ikea that draws most out-of-towners here. Or maybe a sniper rifle.

Is that in poor taste?

I love you! Post photos of your 'hood cupcakes! :)

The Takoma Park cupcake totally needs to have granola. And it needs to pass a city ordinance against the Iraq War.

Dude, I think you should figure out a way to make a beer-flavored cupcake for Adams Morgan (maybe, like, a pumpkin-spice-beer cupcake with spiced cream cheese frosting)?

And maybe a wine-flavored organic one for Cleveland Park? It needs to be upscale/yuppie/hippie . . .
